\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Aceast\u0103 obliga\u021bie se datoreaz\u0103 faptului c\u0103 aceste entit\u0103\u021bi sunt produc\u0103tori sau importatori de echipamente electrice \u0219i electronice \u0219i, prin urmare, au responsabilitatea de a asigura c\u0103 acestea sunt reciclate sau eliminate \u00een mod corespunz\u0103tor la sf\u00e2r\u0219itul ciclului lor de via\u021b\u0103. Deponentul DEEE persoan\u0103 juridic\u0103 trebuie s\u0103 se \u00eenregistreze \u00een Registrul Na\u021bional al DEEE \u0219i s\u0103 respecte toate cerin\u021bele legale privind gestionarea de\u0219eurilor de echipamente electrice \u0219i electronice.<\/span><\/p>

Organiza\u021bia de transfer de responsabilitate Eco Positive poate ajuta un deponent DEEE persoan\u0103 juridic\u0103 \u00een gestionarea responsabil\u0103 a de\u0219eurilor de echipamente electrice \u0219i electronice prin oferirea de servicii complete de colectare, transport \u0219i reciclare a acestora.<\/span><\/p>

\u00cen calitate de deponent DEEE persoan\u0103 fizic\u0103 e\u0219ti responsabil de gestionarea corespunz\u0103toare a echipamentelor electrice \u0219i electronice \u00een momentul \u00een care acestea devin de\u0219euri.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
